When Bon Scott was found dead in February 1980 people believed this was also the end of a band that used to be one of the most important influences on modern rock music. But in Brian Johnson the band members around Malcolm and Angus Young found a new lead singer that fit like a glove: Johnson represented that same working-class-attitude as his predecessor without being just a copy. Being around more than 25 years AC/DC remain - even in the era of house-music and techno - a band famous among all age and social groups, a band whose songs from "Whole Lotta Rosie" to "Hells Bells" are sing-along-trademarks for each and every serious rockfan. Five musicians from Hamburg aim to reproduce music and athmosphere of AC/DC's legendary shows. Grown up with AC/DC they are forged into real fans by the bluesy, rough'n'tough downunder rock'n'roll. That's why their shows are rough'n'tough as well - club managers and crowd may well expect more than just the obligatoric 90 minutes of music. A dynamic, driving rhythm-section in good old AC/DC tradition, songs of the Bon Scott- as well as the Brian Johnson-era, sing-along-parts and enthusiastic requests for encores. Good Old Rock'n'Roll - music by fans for fans! |
